Merchandise may be returned ONLY if it is in its’ original packaging and condition and it is not used or damaged within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Before you can return the items to us, you must send written notification to us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number by calling our (877)727-4022 or going online to our website www.millspridekitchens.com The written notice must be received by Mill’s Pride Kitchens LLC within 5 days of receiving the products. The written notification must include a list of all the items being returned and the reason for return. All shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable or returnable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipping the returned merchandise back to us. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue you a refund within 30 days via company check.
*Please note: All pre-assembled cabinets, sample doors, special order items, clearance items, items not in its’ original packaging and condition CANNOT be returned. All doors or parts that require opening boxes are consider special order items.
An order may be cancelled by written notice within 48 hours of the order being placed without any penalty or cost to you. Once you submit your written notification, if you do not receive a confirmation from millspridekitchens.com within 24 hours, you must contact us again to get a confirmation by calling our sales number (877)727-4022. Any delays can be costly because we strive to ship out orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed if items are in stock. Any cancellations beyond 48 hours are treated as normal returns, see return policy.
* Please note: All items that are special order and size can not be cancelled after been sent to production. Customer is responsible for reviewing their sales order or invoice for correct size, style, and color.
